Coalition assisting with State of Decay 3

On one hand that makes sense, but on the other hand shouldn't the coalition be deep into development of their next game? Gears 5 released in 2019.

Maybe its just technical development. The coalition is very experienced and adept at UE5  they are some of the best devs in the world with it. So im assuming it's just a technical side they are assisting with. Since that was one of the weak aspects of the first 2 games
