What about normal ps plus?

Normal PS+ gets announced on the Wednesday before the month, I believe. They announced Crash 4, Arcadegeddon, Man of Medan.

PS+ Extra and Premium get announced halfway through the month.

Sony frequently likes announcing several things over a weeks period.
Curious if they have anything for Friday.

sony's on a schedule.   
- ps+ monthly games (normal ps+) update the 1st week of the month
- ps+ premuium/extra games update the middle of the month 

just a way to have premium/extra members have 2 drops a month instead of 1 so they are always "engaged" in the service.

i hope stray is good.  from those various indie games sony has been plugging it is one of my most anticipated.    ...but also i don't really know what to expect.   it just looked cool.

still playing returnal.  Something is just compelling me to come back and play.  I know exactly what i need in order to beat the first boss but dang the procedural generation means every run may not have artifacts or consumables that i need to have a good chance.  I almost beat the boss, but died with a quarter of its health left.  Now im determined. heheh

watched a review for stray.   i'm not sure it's my thing.   i had been a bit excited for it but i was turned off by the "contextual" jump mechanic.    every game needs a jump button and games where you play as a cat above most.

as far as news go a beta isn't much.

1. vita is definitely dead now.  clearly sony's strategy is to lean into mobile games and remote play

2. is realize that iphone is the market leader and very standard but is there any reason i couldn't use this on my android phone or ipad?   i guess with ipad maybe the controller is not big enough.   android is what i have though and it would be a shame (to me) to not have any support for android.


currently i just pack my controller with my ipad when i'm on vacation.   works well enough syching the controller via blue tooth but this looks much easier and faster to get up and running.
