You like that online design with all the ghosts?

i dunno.  it's "dark soulsy" so it's like there but also not really getting in the way of anything.  i guess it could be visually annoying but i assume you can turn it off.   i liked the races part.   the "stand-ins" or whatever they called it is fine.   nintendo clearly went out of their way to help bad players be able to play the game.   not something i need but something i appreciate having young kids that suck at gaming.

I'm surprised I haven't seen this one before.

I've laughed about the key chain pokemon and the kitchen appliance pokemon before, but Gamefreak keeps outdoing themselves.

I loved digimon as a kid because they were all funky and cool, but I also liked that pokemon actually felt like animals. A shame they moved on from that. (they moved on many many years ago)

Dr. Pezus

Just 4 hours logged on my Switch this year  :o
Not counting demos though and I played quite a bit of them, especially one repeatedly with my daughter (brain academy)

Haven't even turned my switch on this year. Still waiting to try tears of the kingdom.

Dr. Pezus

To be fair I just bought Mario Wonder for my daughter so this number will probably go up a bit before the end of the year

Only an 86. Not that good, or did it not get the traditional Zelda bump?

anyone have first hand knowledge of buying digital games on a switch?  ..and multiple console ownership?

i'm pretty aware of things on playstation but not nintendo.  i'll bet as soon as my son gets a switch my daughter will want one to.  nintendo's games are soo f'ing expensive that i refuse to buy something twice and i'm not sure if i can really manage that while buying digitally.   i also hate physical but i'm not sure i can avoid it here.

Sorry no clue. I only have one switch and all my games are physical.

but my ai said it's the same as playstation where they can be shared if you're online.

from what i am reading it doesn't feel different than psn but like psn i'm not reading some of the finer points that cause issues.   like they say you can play your games on any account with online but i'm not seeing anything that states definatively that you can only be online on one hardware at a time.

also online for psn is easy because it's a home console.   switch being a handheld means internet access is not a guarantee like when on a plane.

also account management can be a pain sometimes.  as many times as i tell my kids to use their accounts they sometimes use mine anyways.  since save files can't be passed between accounts they then have to remember which account was being used for which game.

and psn for whatever reason lets me have a primary ps4 that is different than my primary ps5 making things easier on me.   2x switches won't have that loophole.
