I am also very curious about the numbers post starfield too.  

this is the biggest "event" since gamepass was introduced.  if this can't drive subs then nothing can.  I really hope we get new numbers but knowing MS we probably won't get them.

and yeah, exactly.   putting CoD on gamepass would drastically reduce revenue imo.   I have ps+ extra and my spend is down massively for what I typically spend in a year.

MS will probably post Game Pass numbers during month of release at peak and not numbers a few months down the line when they dip.

there is spin/hype and then there is misleading investors.   i think what you described is dangerously close to misleading investors which could get MS in real trouble.

I think MS is already moving away from gamepass. Every first party game from here on out will have a premium version that launches before the gamepass version.

yeah, i noticed that.

tbh,.. i would still think gamepass is a good deal if instead of all first party available for free day-1 it was all first party available for 50% off day-1.   at this point they'd get a massive amount of bad press about it because it is worst then what's available now but like... for a $180 a year subscription i think that's more than fair.     else,.. MS needs to cap their first party output to 3 releases a year to align with $180/$70 = 2.5.

Currently 25 hours into Skyrim.

Had quite a difficulty spike that I just got over. Now I'm overpowered after getting Daedric armor and weapons.

I usually play with a one handed weapon and healing magic. Sometimes I have bow and arrow for stealth.

Destruction magic can be fairly fun with some grinding.

i'm playing death's door.    i highly recommend it to anyone that likes these kinds of games.



i've seen multiple sources call it "zelda like".  to be honest i don't see much in common with zelda,.. unless any game in the top down perspective that includes melee combat is a "zelda-like".  the game is all about combat and they did a great job with it.   it demands precision and mistakes quickly lead to death but they also did a great job at minimizing the amount of backtracking you'll ever had to do when you die.

It's not a terrible platinum.
- main quest
- the guild quests (thieves, dark brotherhood, etc)
- a bunch of random (cook something, etc)

Finished the College storyline.

I'm about half way through with the platinum.

Most of the rest are just finishing a few storylines.

Dark Brotherhood questline is really good but I don't like having it with my character. And I was quite surprised how much I remembered.

The college questline feels like it could be a little more fleshed out.

Last time I did skyrim I remember reaching the college but I don't think I went in or started its quest. I mostly played the game just doing random quests with my op modded character.
