Updating my posts from last E3, Microsoft will go into E3 with the fewest announced games in Xbox One history.

After launch:
Halo 5
Sunset Overdrive
Quantum Break
Titanfall
Kinect Sports Rivals
D4
Project Spark
Fable Legends

Pre E3 2014:
Halo 5

Quantum Break
D4
Project Spark
Fable Legends

Pre E3 2015:
Halo 5
Quantum Break
Fable Legends
Crackdown 3
Scalebound
Forza 6
Rise of the Tomb Raider

Pre E3 2016:
Crackdown 3
Scalebound
Recore
Sea of Thieves
Gears of War 4
Halo Wars 2

Pre E3 2017:
Crackdown 3
Sea of Thieves
State of Decay 2

Pre E3 2018 probably:
Crackdown 3
Ori 2
Age of Empires 4 (not sure how to count it since it's a PC game)

Now comparing the amount of Microsoft published games coming out of E3.

Depending on how you count Age of Empires, they've either leveled out or are still dropping. It's undeniable that they've downscaled their publishing efforts so it'll be interesting to see when or if it bumps back up. Could be this year if you believe all the fan talk that they're out buying every game they can.
