Implementation of reusable rockets and launch vehicles is the first step to cleaning the space. I hope you're aware of the huge amounts of space debris (dead satellites, pieces of rockets, etc.) that's dangerous for other satellites and spacecraft orbiting the Earth. I'm glad that space agencies started working on this problem, although we are still far from creating machinery to catch it. I also suppose that it's an enormous cost saving.
