I'm planning on getting an Xbox Series X this year and it'll be my first xbox since the 360.
The xbox one was the first system I've missed out on. I wanted one at launch but couldn't justify spending $500 for it. Eventually I decided I'd wait for Halo 5 and buy it then. Well Halo took longer than I expected and was much worse than I expected so that changed plans. Slowly I embraced that I'd never own an Xbox One.
I have zero faith in Halo Infinite being better but I'm excited about xbox again. Xbox and early Xbox 360 were amazing and I really hope Microsoft brings that joy back. At the very least the xsx will be good for bc and games I've missed out on. I'd enjoy playing Ryse, Quantum Break, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon, Sunset Overdrive, Halo Wars 2, and ReCore.
Anyone else feeling similar?
