Played this on Xbox.  It was a great game.  And it looked great to me despite having a pretty subpar res.

That breaks all the DX12 marketing MS did about this game.
So it will be only playable on Win10 I guess.

Edit - It is confirmed to all windows OSs in DX11 via Steam.
