I think the biggest issue is how massive they are. Pretty sure they have more employees than Activision and EA combined.Yeah double Activision Blizzard yet less than one tenth the cost. Super cheap way to massively expand PlayStation.
I see Tencent being more likely to acquire them.
Unless Sony really wanted a huge support network, that feels pretty unlikely.
Plus wouldn't it be fun if PlayStation made a mario game?
