Quantic Dream is eating up 170 people for what is probably going to be a point and click adventure and only made Sony two titles.  Sucker Punch has been making games since the PS2 days for Sony yet only have 60 people.  Why is Quantic Dream getting a studio that large okayed?  Not saying Sucker Punch has been asking for more people mind you, but I think they could use some more resources.
QD doesn't have to get their studio okayed?  They aren't owned by Sony or anyone.  They can get as big as they want and they can last as long as they can afford.

Sucker Punch is at the mercy of Sony.
Other things to consider: SP might not want so many people.  May not have the space to accomdate people.  Have different needs, like more artists, less programmers.  While QD may need a lot of both.

Plus since Sonys not doing amazing, they may just be bringing in profits and investing on other areas, whereas QD can and is free to invest in itself.
