By comparison GhostBusters hasn't launched in Russia, France, Spain, Italy. Won't necessarily do well in those markets, but it has yet to launch in the biggest markets.
Meanwhile it's tracking at about 30m higher than Allegiant in the US. So the jury is still out on it.

I've heard TV movie and they are possibly working in new stuff for a TV series. I will say though that while I still liked Allegiant, it was absolutely trash when it came to being anywhere near the book story. It seemed to barely even resemble what the last book was. Divergent overall is the best movie from the franchise and even that is not nearly that good of a movie.
I could have swore they were filming both allegiant and ascendant back to back, but I guess not. I'm actually surprised they didn't as most of the movies that are split into two parts are filmed that way.
