I finished the 3rd book. Really great! And the flaw I noticed in their plan from the first book was addressed.

Only minor complaints with some of the characters and plot devices.


So when will it get made into a movie/tv show?

I'm 20 minutes into A Silent Voice and I've already teared up twice. It's a hard watch and it does it so well.

That movie hit me hard too.  I can't watch the beginning again but I enjoyed the ending.

I guess we're screwed here because it hasn't been freezing. It was just 2 weeks ago though.

So no frozen bowl of water from the night before?

I assumed the equinoxes were pretty universal in European cultures.

How was Boston?

Fun! Went to a huge conference which was great and did lots of shopping too. Weather was alright, like a decent Icelandic summer.  I even brought home an iMac and a Dyson vacuum due to the price being very favourable
