Bloodborne 2, a sequel to 2015's Bloodborne from From Software and Hidetaka Miyazaki, also creators of the wildly acclaimed Demon's Souls and Dark Souls games, was accidentally confirmed by a new trailer uploaded just a few hours ago.  It has since been removed by the company.

I saw a thing on Reddit about age of empires 4 being cancelled.
Knew it was fake and realized April 1st was the next day.
