Well remasters often get much lower scores than their originals, due to not being a good enough improvement and therefore not being value for money. This game includes so many extra features as well as running and looking better than the WiiU version, so it deserves its scores.
That's more of a Nintendo bonus, their games take forever to drop in price so nobody even factors that stuff in anymore. They released freaking Wind Waker HD for $50 in 2013 and nobody bat an eye. I'm pretty sure hardly any other dev/publisher would be greeted by a score increase like this, if they were in the same situation.

Well the nintendo score bonus applies to most of their games, not just remasters. But maybe it is an even bigger factor here.
