Title: What do you hope to learn?
Post by: the-pi-guy on Sep 18, 2018, 10:51 PM
What are some subjects/topics you hope to learn more about?

Feel free to include goals for when you want to learn about those things.

I'm planning to learn about graphics.  Already have a really good collection of books.
In general I'd like to learn more about game development and AI.

I'm hoping to learn Japanese and Chinese.  For Japanese, I'd like to be proficient in about 3 years.

There are some areas of math like number theory I'd like to learn more about.

And in physics I'd like to learn more about quantum mechanics and solid state physics.

I don't really have a desire to learn anything honestly.

American sign language. I want to know it from a linguist pov, but it'd also be one of those skills that could help out at a lot of random times. (Although I live in a blind community/area so braille might make more sense to learn)

Besides that I mostly just want to learn more about my hobbies: physics, math, space, etc. I don't really plan these out.
