So far: looks like BO3 but without jump boosting/ wall running. Other mechanics instead. Sort of like a modern setting with some advance gadgets.

Also they announced a BR mode, with vehicles and everything like that.

Battle Royale mode is all about Black Ops history. Full of classic characters like Woods.

Seems like grappling hooks are the big movement thing in this.

Health has changed a lot. Everyone has health bars which you can see above their heads. Health doesn't auto-regen, you need to press a heal button and heal yourself, like reloading it blocks you from shooting while you heal. They've added a healer type specialist to support this too. Seems to make combat a bit more tactical, I quite like it.

Sounds good. This could change the game drastically

That's a cool concept.

Also the video was removed.

Oh shame I missed one of the biggest changes lol. Its 5v5 standard.

They talked a lot about big gun mechanic changes too. Stuff like recoil is being done very differently. Guns lose weight now as they fire, as bullets are modelled as leaving the mag. They are 3d-traced, so its easier to work out where other people are firing from. Lots of subtle changes.

Kills vs deaths are a thing of the past. Now its all about damage done apparently. If you hit someone for 100 health, but someone else does the last 50 damage, you both get an elimination count, and the scoreboard displays that plus damage done as points. So I think assists are gone. Its basically overwatch. Damage points are added with objective points to give your overall score.

Really great change, should encourage more objective play. You aren't actual told how many eliminations you got, only your score.

Looks pretty good. Just like Infinite Warfare they actually make a good looking COD (imo) and people hate it  :P

It'll do record numbers, no doubt about it. There's always hate. BR will bring in more than lack of campaign loses.

TTK is apparently very long too, works well with the new health mechanic to make the combat much more skill based, sounds great.

I doubt I'll ever be interested in a call of duty game ever again. The only thing that has kept me playing it is split screen online. But the last CoD I bought and really played was BO3
