Yeah that's why I was waiting to make this thread. No way was DX12 giving xbo a significant boost. Doubted Microsoft was making BS up, so I was waiting for the confusion to clear up.

Because there's a second GPU in the Xbox One that's gonna be turned on by Direct X 12.

There's also additional GPUs in each controller. They're pretty weak but just help out with local multiplayer. DX12 is rumored to increase their clock rate as well.

Could start seeing a lot more local mp games on xbo in the future.
