About the pictures... not jaw dropping but really nice... the gameplay from what I see is really good.

If you are going by the same meaning of "full", then yep, it's something I noticed too. 
If you are going by another, then nope I don't know.

Hopefully it'll be using an upgraded version of the lighting system shown in the Dark Souls II announcement trailer,  and not some hideous amalgamation of the DS II current lighting engine with upgraded PS4 elements.

I have to say that i dont understand people saying this does not look good xD

It looks miles better than what i expect from them to be honest , their games never have been good graphics but this looks amazing, looks so perfect , i cant wait.

I just hope they dont downgraded it like they did with dark souls 2

I think the big problem is that the images are blown up to 4K, so it doesn't look as pretty when you put it in a new tab. 
Zoom out and it really looks good.   
Also I don't expect any downgrades.

I'd agree, seeing as SCE Japan Studio is involved.
