First things first, I'm pretty sure we'll see:
-Splatoon
-Fire Emblem
-Indies(Affordable Space Adventures, curve digital games, Runbow etc.)
-Third Party Localizations(Attack on Titan 3DS, Stella Glow etc.)

We'll probably see:
-Yoshi's Woolly World
-Xenoblade 3D
-Mario Maker
-Third Party Localizations(Yokai Watch, Fatal Frame etc.)
-A new game.

We won't see:
-Xenoblade X
-Zelda

Apparently Japan is getting two versions of Fire Emblem, but in the NA direct, they seemed to imply that it was combined. Perhaps that is one of the reasons we are getting it late.
