Well Japan should be right.We don't even know that much because they average MC and Famitsu. Software is usually wrong after a game initially drops out of the top 20/30 though.
It might be right(and thats a big if) since it took 3 weeks for Splatoon to hit 1.1 million(with digital, I estimate around 120k).
