I played an hour of Dark Souls. Wanted to see how well it would hold up for me.

It was awesome.
Which the first time I played, it took like 15 hours before I started really enjoying it.

But I was having more fun with DS1 than I was having with Elden Ring.

Wow Elden Ring must stink!

Since I'm in this thread already complaining about minor space things and Pi just talked about weird misunderstandings...

It's funny how these new slides from a SpaceX presentation are being used as evidence that starship failed and everything is now delayed while they redesign it.

Elon Musk Gives Mega Starship Update - Flight 4 In May, Key NASA Test In  2025

SpaceX naming schemes make no sense but raptor 2 is the current one used for flight tests and starship 3 has been the plan since 2021.

edt: Just since I pulled it up to check my dates, yup Raptor 2 and Starship 3 all the way back in 2021. Say it aint so!

A really minor thing.

There's lots of weird misunderstandings that come up.

Like a lot of people think Pi is literally infinite somehow.
Well are you not? ;)

Edt: I already posted it years ago, but I see stuff like that so often.

Both these people are wrong.

I keep hearing really strong things about the game.

People seem to feel like reviewers were too harsh on the game.

Well the earth is flat and the moon is a hologram sooooooo!  8)

speaking of. This is a thing that grinds my gears a lot lately, but I also like the laugh it gives me at the absurdity of some people.  Well more idiocy of people, but trying to be nice. lol
The internet really needs a rework. Only 1% of people may think something but if they all group up online, they can be a commanding voice that others take as truth. Even legit places like pbs get swayed by them (a video of theirs prompted my first post).

We'll have dozens of people living on the Moon yet flatearthers and nasa/spacex deniers will be even louder.

We are getting closer and closer to returning humans to the Moon. I have no idea why more and more people are in denial of this.

Like ~5 years ago everyone just accepted the news but now that we have real rockets flying and hardware getting built, people act like it's all vaporware.
