Live view, tweet embedding, youtube embedding, countdown, forum index, shop, spoiler tags, sunset overdrive and halo fonts, webm tags, vimeo embedding, post history, mentions, BBC in thread titles, customized user walls, posting on user walls, buddies, viewing single posts, image resizing, post countdown, and multiple users per OP.

All of these are modifications that I added to the core forum software. With upgrading to forum 2.0 though, I need to rebuild most of these from the ground up. The plan is to get all the essential ones up and running, switch us over to 2.0, and then continue adding the rest of the features overtime.

So, which features do you find essential? With E3 coming up, Live View is the biggest one for me.

DD_Bwest

the first 3 on that list are most important really

is there any way to get facebook imbedding?

the functionality features of embedding media from top social sites are great and seem like a necessity.

I do also like the karma while it could use some improvement to be anything more than just lulz (such as specific posts having karma points tallied on them)

Yup karma has already received that change. Now specific posts can be liked, and it logs which posts where liked. Smiting has been removed.

1. Don't make me smite you.
2. We don't want malware and the like from sketchy video players.
3. The forum can accept any and every character on a standard keyboard. It can accept a total of 1,112,064, with the vast majority of those yet to even be invented. ê ü â Ì Ÿ ¼ ¾ ¿ ¡ ???????? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?? ?????? ??-??????.????? ?? ??????? ????????. ?????? ? ? ? ??????

Yeah I knew it was a dig :)

\ doesn't/didn't work over there because n programing it denotes the following is code and not text.  \n for example creates a line break.

tested it out.  \ doesn't break anything but the character disappears when you submit the post.
