It sure looks cool.
Yeah, but it wont form to the controller without cutting slits in the material which makes it look bad. There is way too many curves to make this work well.

I wouldn't mind vacuum forming arcade sticks.  This wood isn't working to we'll.

I need a proper set up.  My hand isn't steady enough.  Like a need a band saw or something.

Laser cutters are awesome.

They make working with acrylic so easy.
It more than just that. I love that I could lay out a part and it trace what I layed down. Do you know how many tools this one could replace?

I'm thinking more like 10. Which would almost pay for the laser cutter.  Basically everything bUT a sander.

I think after I finish my desk and get my stuff moved into the game room I'm going to start on a buster sword.

This one is the coolest I've found but It's made of solid metal. I really don't want a 150 pound sword though. Mine will be made from plastics and woods. Probably with metal bits.
