Was 2013 not the infamous xbox reveal show where they talked about TV TV TV?You're thinking about the Xbox One reveal event which happened in May 2013. About a month before E3 2013. Their E3 that year was rock solid for games. Insofar as the number of the exclusives and excitement they generated. Actually being good when they released? That was another issue.

Possibly their worst conference ever. Well second worst after e3 2013.I don't think so. It was actually announced about a week ago. Me and my friends were talking about it over the weekend.
Is dragon Ball timed exclusive?
Nope. It's multiplatform from the start.I didn't know for sure, but that's what I was getting at.
DOn't think so.Pre-order cancelled.
THe interview with Geoff made it sound like a full sequel.
