You're thinking about the Xbox One reveal event which happened in May 2013. About a month before E3 2013. Their E3 that year was rock solid for games. Insofar as the number of the exclusives and excitement they generated. Actually being good when they released? That was another issue.

the e3 show and xb1 event are easy to mix up since they were so close.

while the e3 had some decent game showings,  it was kinda drowned out by the shame baggery involved with online only,  and no trading games etc.

if it wasnt for that they woulda had a much better start to the gen

As far as actual exclusive content? Without a doubt. Their first-party is so woeful at this point it's not even funny anymore.
