Depends! If it's a good story then no. If it's a bad story or I'm playing multilayer, I tend to skip.

I dont skip them unless its a second playthrough.


For an example, playing through Disgaea PC - on my first playthrough, I watched all cutscenes. On my 2nd playthrough via New Game+, I skipped through the cutscenes.
