That's not a good sign for first party content, but hopefully they're going to help out 3rd party devs more.

Yeah I think this is them formally enacting what's been obvious for a while now. They're focusing on making money instead of pushing XBOX with software. Will act more like Activision and less like Sony.

If they are bumping up their publishing efforts, I wonder if they plan to release these games later on PS4.

Not rebranded.  

So it leaked out early.

Still something's happening in regards to this. Might not be a rebranding, but we'll definitely get news about it at E3.
