PS4 has cumulatively sold through more than 70.6M units to consumers worldwide as of December 3, 2017.
    More than 617.8 million copies*2 of PS4 games have been sold at retail stores globally and through digital downloads on PlayStation®Store as of December 3, 2017.
    Based on strong momentum of PS4, PS VR cumulatively sold through more than 2M units to consumers worldwide as of December 3, 2017.
    150 titles have been released for PS VR, achieving more than 12.2 million copies sold at retail stores globally and through digital downloads on PlayStation Store as of December 3, 2017.

Well it was one week later than my guess, but its 600k over so I'm about right . Pretty sure that's the same time it hit 50m last year, so its done 20m over the last 12 months.

17.2 million PS4's sold this year.  

With four of the biggest weeks of the year left, 20m should be easy. For reference, it sold 3.4m over those 4 weeks last year.

PS4 sales might be around 2x Xbox One sales.  

Well EA/ Ubisoft both estimate it was around 2:1 a year ago, and PS4 has been killing it this year, while xb1 has had a pretty bad year. So I'd be quite surprised if it wasn't over 2x at this point tbh
