Does anybody on here do this sort of analysis on whether game worlds work or if they don't? When I play games, I have criteria I test them on: I call it the the reality check. - NeoGAFI think about it passivly unless it's really bad.
Honestly this is insane to me. I absolutely do not even give this stuff a second thought. I can recognize if something works better than something else, but if I analyzed everything like this I would never have any fun.
Instead I mostly think about paths through linear games and if you're really moving about the larger world.
