That just depends on how far to one side or the other you are. In the case of that video, I wholly agree with Rags. Feminism has become a poison and those who drink it every day find themselves looking for things to change that don't need it in the name of an ideal of equality they don't really believe in or refuse to see how it doesn't/shouldn't apply to everything.Well that's extreme.
Feminism has cuckoos like all movements but it's disingenuous to ignore all the other feminists and the historical positives feminism has brought.
