Where are you exactly in the game? In the beginning the only real big enemy you face is the ravager, the one you fight at night with Rost. Once you enter Meridian is where I felt like the difficulty ramped up to an 11.That was a sawtooth not a Ravager, so even easier
Some of the corruption zones are ridiculously tough.
Yeah the difficulty goes up smoothly until you cross the border and then BAM the game hits you
