Well as we all have grown friends over the past while,and to be honest I dont exactly have alot of people i consider close friends as im rather reclusive. and today i mentioned some news in my life that was rather dramatic and i figured i should atleast update you guys with whats going on.
I've been home most of the day looking after my youngest while my X is at the hospital tending to my son. Ive been rather emotional though so i havent really been on here, and wanted to spend most of it with my girl. she is in bed now so ive got a moment to sit here and go over things. im still sort of in shock about everything. My son will be transfered to BC childrens hosptial shortly for an MRI, further testing and doctors that are familiar with this sorta thing. after a CT scan, blood work, lumbar puncture and EEG, The current running theory the doctors are telling us is it was most likely a stroke. I was kind of flabbergasted when told, Ive never really thought about kids having strokes, it was one of the furthest things in my mind that i could have come up with.. but Right now hes awake, alert and doing better than just a few hours ago, im hoping the worst is behind us but really hope we can get an idea of what caused it.. and hopefully BCCH can get to the route of everything. at first hearing they wanted to transfer him there had me scared but im feeling better knowing hell at least be somewhere that specializes in stuff like this.
