Globally?
It appears to be only the US because Venturebeat said national TV. It also said Microsoft spent on ads during NFL and NBA games, which are American sports leagues.

Ps4 pro sales pretty stable week on week
Oh yeah, good spot. More evidence the pro is just selling what's supplied.

Yeah, apparently he, SuperData and I have different opinions on how much the XB1 has sold.

So pre-orders for the Switch opened yesterday in Japan and today we got the first Comg update with Switch games, Zelda did very well with about 70 points, 1-2-Switch got 26 points, because people are stupid apparently, and the last one that appeared was MK8 Deluxe, which was somewhat expected I guess.

The thing I'm wondering is if game pre-orders for launch titles will continue going up significantly or if this is it. We've all seen the reports that the Switch is out of pre-orders everywhere in Japan and I don't know about you guys, but if I were to pre-order a system, I would take care of my day one game pre-orders at the same time. Exceptions would maybe be for games that get great reviews shortly before launch.

Though I guess there's still the people that didn't pre-order their Switch at Comg, but are maybe going to pre-order their games at the chain, which to me is making things more complicated than they have to be as well, but I guess it could happen. Really wonder how this is going to continue, but I'm assuming that I'm just thinking too logically about this.

The launch line up is pitiful.  Most people are choosing between 2 games for launch.
