Oh man you're in for a treat.

You're probably on a couple of more hours than I was at that point, or maybe around the same ... hard to tell :P

Yep, the level and world design is truly incredible. I can't think of any game with better design, especially 'linear' games anyway.

Welp, I finished the story. I was hoping there'd be a bit more but it was a great ending.

Still got loads of content to go through though!

Edit: I reckon I've played about 25 hours. I've done a fair amount of side content. I reckon it will be over 40 hours if I want to 100% though. Which I probably will, the combat in this game is just too dang fun, and I love all the stories you get to hear and the lore.

Double edit: oh yeah, this is my new favourite PS4 game. Just beats out Horizon I think. And definitely 10/10 on a 10 point scale.

Xevross

Oh shame the end isn't actually the end lol.

Spoiler for read when you finish the game:
So don't forget to go back home when you've scattered her ashes omg lol

How the hell did you finish it so early. I'm just doing side content like a boss

Lol I finished the vast majority of games in less than average time. I just don't wait around much. I've done all of the favours in Midgard, and most in total. I've not got many of the artefacts either.

I've pretty much visited everywhere, just extra stuff on the side to do. Like the two realms you need ciphers for I barely did anything in, I thought I'd leave it to post game. There's also other optional stuff, which you guys probably haven't discovered yet either.

I don't know if I want to get all the collectibles for the plat yet, but there's at least 10 more hours of stuff I want to do, which is more substantial than just collecting things.

Only managed like 2.5 hours today but I am

Exciting! I really enjoyed that part of the game.

Well, I say that like I didn't really enjoy all of it ;D

Do you wish to know how far through the story you are?

Michael Pachter: God of War Could Be Highest Selling PS4 Exclusive, WIll Sell Above 10 Million Units | ResetEra

"It's pretty well rated, and… I think 95 actually probably puts them in the 10 highest rated games of all time, I think the highest is Ocarina of Time? GTA got a 97. 95 is pretty universally a great, great game, so there's minimal risk that anyone will buy it and be disappointed," Pacther said. "I think that the gameplay is actually easy to pick up and play, and there's a lot of little things in the game that can appeal to different niches of game players, there's action, and adventure, puzzles, and a compelling story. It appeals to everyone, and I think making it a father-son story makes it similar to The Last of Us, which, again, brings in fans of that game too. So I think it will quite clearly be the number one bestselling PS4 exclusive."Click to expand...

"I think 10 million units sounds like a low bar for it, actually," he said. "Last that Sony announced, there were 70 million PS4s out there, so 10 sounds really reasonable. I'd say realistically, it could do as many as 20 million. Now that's hard, because not everyone who has a PS4 will like an action game like God of War. But I'd say between 10 and 20 million, and I'd say 10 million is a low estimate. I think they will absolutely do 10 millionClick to expand...
