Marvel banned Capcom from showing their characters getting hurt | ResetEra

 

Tyrant explained on stream that he was the one making those character introduction videos in the lead up to Marvel Infinite. Apparently, Marvel didn't allow Capcom to show their characters getting attacked in these videos. They also wanted specific pairings like Hulk v Ryu (that makes sense lmfao) in promotional material.  Why do people want this franchise to continue?Link (Not sure if the time stamp works, but it's at 1h50m)

I know.   Marvel was very hands on with this game.  Sad thing is, Capcom is getting most of the blame for the crud that Marvel was pulling (art, music, marvel's side of the roster, etc).  I wouldn't be surprised if there was more behind the scenes stuff.
